We are very excited to introduce you to our newest team member, Leah Valentine!
Leah comes to Palmer with many years of experience in office management, a focus on process improvement and efficiency, and a deep passion for Colorado land.
She grew up in Colorado and has always felt like it was her home, even when she moved away for a short time. Like so many of us, her family was intrumental in helping her see and experience all that Colorado has to offer and introducing here to the outdoors, hiking, camping and soaking in the beauty of our state. She works with the memory of her grandmother, with whom she had a very special relationship, urging her onward to help support the work of conservation.
In addition to her talents in keeping the office in order, bringing teams together and running organizations like a well-oiled machine, Leah brings a lot of joy everywhere she goes. She loves animals, adores her husband of nearly 20 years, and is nearly obsessed (in a good way) with her two basset hounds. She has been familiar with the work of Palmer and now is excited to lend her skills to land conservation in our region.
We know you will feel her radiating joy when you meet her!
Leah will be representing Palmer at the third annual Snow Ball December 10th!
The event is free and is at Stargazer's Theatre and Event Center (10 S. Parkside Drive).
Stop by the Palmer table for a chance to get a Palmer hat, poster or swag basket.
